Terms of service
Effective September 24, 2026; updated October 15, 2026 (Tradicus). This is a plain-language summary drafted for review by counsel before publication; it is not yet the final agreement.

What we sell
The free Journal; software sold for a one-time payment, each a lifetime license (Alpha Flow; Alpha Cloud; Alpha Wave; Quick Switch; Quick Trade Pro, which includes Quick Switch; Alpha Desk Trader Pro, which includes Alpha Flow, Alpha Cloud, Alpha Wave and Quick Trade Pro; and Alpha Source Copy Desk, the copier, which runs on the free Journal key); Alpha Source Prop Desk (a monthly subscription that adds Alpha Sync and the prop-account screen); and one-on-one coaching sold by the hour. Prices are shown in the shop at shop.wallstreetsaint.com before you pay.
License
When you register for a free tool or buy a paid one, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use that software on up to two computers you control. You may release a seat yourself from your Vault and move it to another machine. You may not resell, share, decompile or redistribute the software or your license key. Paid tools check their license about once a week and keep working for ten days without a connection. A tool bought with a one-time payment carries a lifetime license: it does not expire and there is no renewal fee. Version 1 of each tool includes free updates for as long as version 1 is sold.
Delivery
Everything you buy is delivered to your Vault at vault.wallstreetsaint.com as soon as payment clears, and a receipt with a sign-in link is emailed to you. Downloads stay available in your Vault while your license is active.
Subscriptions
Prop Desk is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from your Vault; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period, when Alpha Sync and the prop-account screen stop and your journal returns to the free tier. Your trades stay in your journal. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
Alpha Source Copy Desk
Alpha Source Copy Desk copies orders between accounts you own, on your computer, over your platform’s own broker connections. Our servers hold the settings you enter (which account leads, which follow, ratios, caps and safety rules) and receive a status heartbeat and an event log from the add-on; they never hold broker or prop-firm logins and never place, route or see an order. Copying runs only while you have armed it in NinjaTrader and stops when you disarm it, when the kill switch in your Vault is on, or when the add-on cannot verify its configuration. You are responsible for every order in every account, for your prop firm’s rules on copying, and for testing on simulated accounts first. You may not use Alpha Source Copy Desk to copy trades for, from or to anyone else’s account.
Coaching
Coaching is sold by the hour at the price shown in the shop and is delivered one-on-one via Zoom. It uses hypnosis and NLP to help you execute your own plan. It is not trading advice, financial advice, medical care or psychotherapy, and no trading or other result is promised. Hours you buy never expire; we will agree session times with you by email.
All sales are final
There is no money-back guarantee. Every product is delivered to your Vault the moment payment clears, so all sales are final and no refunds are given: not for one-time tools, not for subscription charges already billed, and not for coaching hours, which never expire. Cancelling Prop Desk stops future charges; the current month runs to its end. Before you buy, try the free tools (Alpha Flow and the Journal) and ask us anything at contact@wallstreetsaint.com. If a tool does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it.
Your account
Accounts are accessed by a sign-in link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or other users.
Trading risk
Short term trading of futures, options, and securities in general contains substantial risk and could lead to significant loss of capital. It is not suitable for every investor. Please check with your legal and financial counsel prior to commencement. Our tools generate no signals and make no trading decisions: nothing trades on its own, and every order is one you arm and click. Alpha Source Copy Desk repeats your own order into your own accounts; it does not decide anything. Figures in the Journal and Prop Desk are worked out from your own trades and are estimates; your broker’s and your firm’s statements are the authority. See the risk disclosure.
No advice, no warranty
The software, coaching and this site are provided "as is". They are not trading advice and carry no warranty of merchantability, fitness or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the software, coaching or this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for trading losses, including the loss or closure of any brokerage or prop firm account.
Tradicus, the AI Trading Coach
Tradicus, the AI Trading Coach in Prop Desk, writes its Session Reviews and answers with an AI, from your own journal. It is software: it is not the one-on-one coaching described above. They describe how you traded in the past; they do not tell you what to trade, when, or in what size, and they are not trading, financial, tax, legal or psychological advice. Figures come from your journal as Prop Desk calculates them and are estimates: your prop firm’s own dashboard is the authority on your balance, drawdown and rules. The AI can be wrong. You decide every trade yourself, and the trading risk and liability limits above apply in full. We may limit how many reviews and questions an account can use each day, and may pause the feature.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and we email account holders about material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
