Privacy policy

Who we are

What we collect
When you register or buy: your name, email address, optional mobile number, your license key, your purchase history, and a scrambled identifier for each computer your tools run on (never your computer’s name or serial). Our servers also log the IP address of requests, to stop abuse. We do not store card numbers; payment is processed by Stripe. There are no passwords to store: you sign in with a one-time link.
Your journal and Alpha Sync
If you use the Journal, we store the trades you upload, type in or sync, and any notes and tags you add. Alpha Sync, the Prop Desk add-on for NinjaTrader 8, sends each execution (account name, instrument, side, size, price, time, commission and order name) plus the name of the computer it runs on, so your journal fills in by itself. Alpha Sync never sees your broker login or password, never places or changes orders, and we do not store your account balances: any balance information NinjaTrader reports is discarded on arrival.
Alpha Source Copy Desk
If you use Alpha Source Copy Desk, we store the copy groups you set up in the Copy Desk screen of your Vault (account names, ratios, caps, symbol maps and quiet windows), the add-on’s status heartbeat (whether it is armed, and a status word and net position size per follower account) and an event log (copies sent, entries skipped and why, holds, rejections). We do not receive broker or prop-firm credentials, order routing, prices or balances, and no order passes through our servers.
The Prop Desk
For each prop account you add to the Prop Desk we store only the rules you enter: firm, account size, stage, starting balance, drawdown type and amount, daily loss limit, profit target, minimum days, consistency and payout buffer. Balances, drawdown room and the rest are worked out from your synced trades each time you open the page and are not saved. You can hide an account or change its rules at any time.
Tradicus, the AI Trading Coach in Prop Desk
Tradicus is an AI in Prop Desk that writes a short Session Review of each trading session and answers questions about your own trades. It is off until you switch it on in Prop Desk. When it is on, and only when you ask for a review or a question, we send our AI provider the figures Prop Desk works out for the session and your trades (time, instrument, side, size, profit and loss, how long you held, tags) and, unless you untick the box, your trade notes. We never send your name, email address, license key or account numbers: accounts are sent as labels such as "Apex 50K eval A". We keep the reviews and your conversations with Tradicus so you can come back to them; conversations are deleted after 90 days, and you can delete one at any time. Switching the feature off stops anything further being sent. "Delete everything" on the Journal removes your reviews and conversations with the rest of your journal, and "Export everything" includes them. Our staff see only how many reviews and questions an account used and what they cost, never the reviews, questions or answers. Tradicus looks back at your own trades. It is software, not Asa Saint Clair’s one-on-one coaching, and it is not trading advice.
Coaching
If you buy coaching we keep a record of the hours you bought and used and the dates of your sessions. Sessions take place on Zoom, which processes the call under its own privacy policy. What you tell us in a session is kept confidential and is never used for marketing.
What we use it for
To deliver and license the software, to run your account, journal and Prop Desk, to deliver coaching, to answer support, and — only if you ticked the box — to send the newsletter or SMS. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe; reply STOP to any text.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing. We do not train models on your journal, and our AI provider may not train its models on what we send it. Our staff see only summaries of your journal (how many trades, whether sync is connected), never the trades themselves or your Prop Desk, and we do not read your journal except to support you at your request.
How we protect it
Every page is served over HTTPS. Staff sign in with a one-time email link and, where enabled, an authenticator code; each staff member sees only what their role permits, and every staff action is written to a tamper-evident audit log. License tokens are cryptographically signed. Access to the servers is limited to the people who run them.
Processors
Stripe (payments and subscription management), IONOS (hosting, servers in the United States; our own mail server runs there too), Zoom (coaching sessions) and Anthropic (the AI behind Tradicus in Prop Desk, only for traders who switch it on; under its commercial terms it does not train its models on this data). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Your account, licenses and journal are kept while your account is open. Session Reviews are kept with your journal; conversations with Tradicus are deleted after 90 days. Purchase records are kept for the period tax law requires. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to run and protect the service.
Your rights
Export your journal as CSV, or delete it, from the journal page at any time. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or close your account and have your details deleted, email contact@wallstreetsaint.com and it is done within 30 days; records we are legally required to keep (invoices) are retained for the required period only.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. The shop keeps your cart in your own browser’s storage until you check out. No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
Children
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
