How Copy Desk Works.

• Nothing copies until you ARM it. The window in NinjaTrader has one key. Until you press it no order goes to any follower; DISARM, or the kill switch in your Vault, stops copying to every account from anywhere, including your phone. Flatten all is a separate, deliberate click.
• Ratio, cap and symbol map per follower. 1× here, 0.5× there, NQ into MNQ on the small account, a maximum number of contracts on each. Every account shows its own line: copying, waiting, on hold or paused, with the reason.
• The guards run before every entry. A follower is never opened against its leader; a hand-traded or opposite position puts that account on hold. With Prop Desk, daily-loss and drawdown room under 25% block the entry. Quiet windows, a stale quote or a disconnected leader make entries wait. Exits are never refused.
• Every follower carries its own stop. The leader’s stop and target are mirrored onto each follower at the broker, so a dropped connection never leaves a naked position.
• Runs on your PC, managed from the cloud. The copying happens locally, inside your own NinjaTrader, and reports to Copy Desk in your Vault. That cloud screen is where you set groups, ratios and caps and watch every account, from any browser or your phone, so the add-on on your trading machine stays small and the heavy screens are not running on it.
• Nothing passes through us. Copying runs on your PC over the connections NinjaTrader already has. No login leaves your computer and no order touches a Wall Street Saint server; the Vault holds the groups, the guards, the kill switch and the log.
